Executive coaching sessions are designed to accelerate growth by challenging leadership to move beyond current success, by engaging in self reflective processes to unveil shadow elements. Our creations are reflections of who we are individually and collectively. Our success often blinds us to what needs our attention the most, leaving us vulnerable externally to competitors  and internally to complacency and bias. By delving into our current narratives and discovering denied critical elements, we can then strengthen existing structures and cross thresholds to exponential growth.

What is special about our kids coaching program is that we work playfully with stories. This creates a natural language for children as we explore their goals and desires. By accessing their interests,  a deep rapport is developed.  This reveals indirectly the topics of most concern to them and enables us to creatively develop strategies toward their goals.  By cultivating awareness of the elements of their life stories, the children gain clarity of who they are and what they want to become. The process naturally matures their identity, behaviors and outcomes.

To say that Arin has helped to changed the course of our 2e son's life is a huge understatement. Arin brings extensive knowledge, first hand experience, and a kind heart to all of his clients; both young and old.
